PCMHA Awards 2017/2018

HOCKEY 3/4 DIVISION

“Norris Moore Memorial Award”
This award goes to a player who demonstrated in hockey and school, achievement and good citizenship.

“Most Sportsmanlike Team”
This award goes to one of our Hockey 3/4 teams who has demonstrated fair play and received very few penalties during the season.

ATOM DIVISION

“Most Dedicated Player”
This award goes to an Atom “C” player who demonstrates the love and dedication for hockey in true spirit.

“Brian Bullinger Memorial Trophy”
This award goes to the most dedicated Atom “A” player.

PEEWEE, BANTAM, MIDGET and JUVENILE DIVISIONS

“Brian Harold Thorp Memorial Trophy”
This award goes to the most sportsmanlike player in PeeWee “C”.

“Ian Gordon Memorial Award”
This award goes to the most sportsmanlike player in Bantam “C”.

“Love of Hockey”
This award goes to a Midget “C” or Juvenile player who truly shows the love for the game.

“Most Dedicated Player”
This award goes to the most dedicated “A” or “B” player in the PeeWee, Bantam or Midget Divisions.

“Service Award”
This award goes to a Midget or Juvenile aged player who volunteers and contributes back to the game, more than just playing it.
ALL DIVISIONS

“Most Dedicated Goaltender”
This award goes to a goalie that shows spirit, sportsmanship and tireless effort and work beyond average.

REFEREES

Referee awards are awarded by our Referee-in-Chief in several categories. These usually include “Rookie of the Year” and “Official of the Year”. Please nominate any referee you have noticed doing a great and consistent refereeing job.

COACHES/MANAGERS

“Coaching Staff of the Year – Rep Level”
This award goes to the coaching staff of a Rep “A” or “B” team in all divisions from Atom to Juvenile.

“Coaching Staff of the Year – C Level”
This award goes to the coaching staff of a “C” team in all divisions from Atom to Midget.

“Initiation Instructor of the Year”
This award goes to the instructors of a Hockey 1/2/3/4 team who continually demonstrate all the skills of hockey and improve the skating and skill levels of our youngest hockey players.

“Manager of the Year”
Awarded to the Manager of any level team who organizes and leads the team to a terrific season of hockey.
